SCHEDULE OF SERVICES
Vessel Commissioning
Pre-delivery commissioning services including, but not limited to, compliance with
surveyor recommendations, review/ certification of safety equipment, the
development, assembly and stowage of engine and vessel spares and tools;
procuring all the charts, books and flags necessary for delivery to, and operations, in
the vessels new home waters. Acceptance sea trials. Development of vessel
security plans. Procuring galley and hotel equipment, set-up and stowage on board.
Long distance Deliveries
Our strengths are in motor yacht deliveries over distance, experience ranges from
Atlantic to Pacific, Mediterranean, Caribbean, the Great Lakes and Asian waters. We
pride ourselves on vessels arriving in better condition than when they departed.
Incorporating our engineering resources as well as considerable worldwide personal
contacts expect - successful operations. Our delivery quotations attempt to
incorporate all costs attendant to the delivery. We use known local contractors, e.g.
Cordova Travel, Bluewater Books & Charts, Claire’s Marine outfitters and Weather
Routing. Using direct billing from these sources we defray the client’s cash out flow
and help assure impartial accounting in the commissioning phase as well as en
route. Our delivery services are by individual vessel contracts and letters of authority
with the owner or the brokerage.

CONTRAILS
SYNOPSIS OF EXPERIENCE
We (my crew and I) have operated vessels : On the rivers and bays of Southeast Asia
(occasionally under hostile fire.) Off the Pacific coast we have worked from Port Hardy
in British Columbia, south to the Columbia River upstream to Portland OR. San
Francisco bay, San Diego, the sea of Cortez, Mexico, south to Ecuador, including
multiple Panama canal transits.
In the Caribbean we have sailed from Venezuela to the Keys. The Atlantic north to Nova
Scotia with multiple crossings to Europe and the Med .
We have Mississippi River time, from Cairo Illinois to the Algiers bend and the industrial
canal. The Gulf ICW from Apalachicola west to Freeport Texas, the Tennessee Tom
Bigbee, through Kentucky Lock & Dam, to the Ohio River.
We have worked the locks on the Erie Oswego and the Welland Canals and have
navigated on the great Lakes from Duluth / Superior to the 1000 islands. The St.
Lawrence Seaway to Anicosti, Prince Edward Island and Cape Breton NS. The coast of
Nova Scotia south throughout the islands of Maine, and the Hudson River from New
York harbor to the Federal lock at Troy.
From the New Jersey coast to Norfolk VA, every mile of the Atlantic ICW south to Jewfish
creek (and the Hawk) to the triangles at Key West. The Gulf stream across the Yucatan
Strait south to Providencia, San Andres and Colon, Republic of Panama.
All the above without, accident, incident, loss of life or property! We have the Right Stuff
to do the job… and do it on time and within budget !
